• On the edge of Dartmoor National Park providing the opportunity to horse ride, cycle and run or just walk!

• Walk down the lane to the River Dart for a bracing swim.

• Within walking distance to the renowned stannary town of Ashburton with it’s food deli’s, bakeries, fishmonger, restaurants and cafes as well as gift shops and antique shops.

• 5 minutes drive to the nationally renown Ashburton Cookery School
