Access via the A38 Expressway. Turn off at Peartree junction. Head towards Holne. 3/4 mile after leaving A38 turn left at Summerhill Campsite signpost. Follow lane without turning right after 200 meters (that heads to river Dart). Keep going down slight incline, past a barn conversion ‘The Dell’ on your left, and ours is the next left with wooden gate and Summerhill Farmhouse sign.
